Naturally leavened sourdough made with 2 different starters. A long fermentation process provides a flavorful “tang” to this hearty bread.
Honey Wheat Pan Loaf - $5 each
Naturally leavened whole wheat bread with a touch of honey to balance the flavor of the fresh milled grains.
“State Fair White” Loaf - $5 each
I first entered this bread in the State Fair 8 years ago and it’s only improved since then. An enriched white bread, wonderful for sandwiches or toasting, this is not your mother’s Wonder Bread!
